INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Wałbrzyskie Zakłady Koksownicze „Victoria” S.A. operates based on Integrated Quality and Environment Management Systems according to the standards ISO 9001:2009 and 14001:2004 (IQEMS). Integrated Policy is an integral element of the company management within the range of quality expectations of its customers and natural environment protection being commonly available good. The raw material produced by the plant is ecological fuel that has beneficial influence on the natural environment of the human being. While establishing and implementing this policy, the company reflects its engagement in both meeting the consumer requirements and limiting the nuisances on natural environment.
Realization of these elements is conducted accordingly to:

actions accordant with legal (and other) requirements and rules concerning environment protection and quality,

consideration of the quality and environment requirements in planning and conducting investment projects,

raising the ecological conscience of our staff, cooperating companies, local community,

initialization, furtherance and participation in actions which aim is the improvement of environmental state and monitoring the level of its pollution.
The implemented IQEMS put particular emphasize on the procedures of running and controlling the processes and resources needed to proper management with the environment protection in all environmental aspects of the firm activity. It is supporting element to monitor the firm operation with regards to environment protection and allows effective management in a case of the failures. To this end “Industrial failure prevention program” has been worked out dated on 01. 04. 2010 that describes in details the procedures in a case of the emergency. The operation core of the Environment Management System is a prevention, i.e. solving the problem at source of process parameters occurring in the plant with special emphasize on the quality of manufactured products keeping the requirements of environment protection.
